We were lucky enough to come across a rental home in Daytona Beach that belonged to Red Door Premier Properties. From the moment we looked at the home, we knew we wanted it. The attention to detail on the refurbishment of the home was impeccable. In fact, we signed the rental agreement the same day! They were absolutely amazing to deal with personally as well as professionally. I've rented a few places over the years but none handled as professionally as this property was handled. The minute we called with any issue whatsoever, they took care of it immediately. You never had to wait and wonder if they were going to respond and when. Most times, they responded immediately. Patricia and Bernard at Red Door Premier Properties were fantastic landlords! They worked hard with me from beginning to end to help get my family into what was the home of our dreams! Very few issues during the span of my two year lease, but when there was one, they both worked quickly to make sure that anything/everything was resolved and that we were comfortable. -- Exceptional Communication --

We rented a property in Daytona Beach from Red Door Premier Properties for over a year. The owners, Patricia and Bernard, were very friendly and easy to communicate with from the moment we met them. They made the application process straight forward and their response time was prompt. During our time leasing the property, they responded to any issues within 24 hours if not the same day, and I should add there were minimal issues as the property is well maintained. We would have to say that the communication was exceptional. We loved the house the moment we saw it. It had a very functional layout, nice window coverings in all the rooms and the kitchen (my favorite room) was nicely laid out with plenty of storage. When it came time to move out, they made the process just as easy. We would rent from Red Door Premier Properties again without hesitation and we highly recommend them!
